Founded in 2009 by IIT alumni, PARFI aims to bridge the skilled labor gap and uplift underprivileged communities through education, self-employment, and wealth creation.
The programme offers targeted training in stable, high-demand sectors like healthcare, smartphone assembly, construction, electrical, plumbing, and hospitality—ensuring courses meet industry needs with subsidized loans and hands-on support.
Starting in Jharkhand and partnering with state government, PARFI is set to expand its reach, targeting 50,000 trained beneficiaries annually by 2028 and impacting over one million lives by 2030.
