IIT Kharagpur honored alumnus Yatindra Pal Singh Suri (B.Tech ’75) with the Distinguished Alumni Award for his significant contributions to the steel industry, corrosion management, alumni engagement, and social development.
As Co-Chair of the CII Corrosion Management Committee, he has been instrumental in advancing India’s corrosion management initiatives, including key roles in national missions stemming from the 2014 Modi-Obama MOU.
